Ann Sophia Warr was born in 1849 at Hampstead, Middlesex, England. She was the eldest daughter of Henry Warr and Anne Underwood.
With her parents and a brother and sister, Ann arrived in Sydney, Colony of New South Wales on 27th December 1852 on the Wilson Kennedy[1]. Her father had paid £5/-/10 ($10.10) fare for himself, wife and the three children.
She married William Curtis.
She passed away in 1910.
