Richard was born about 1772 in Massachusetts. He was the third son/4th and youngest child of Joseph Warren and Elizabeth Hooten. He never married or had children. He died in 1793 at the age of 21. It is unknown exactly where he is buried. However, it is most likely he was buried at the Forest Hills Cemetery where his parents and brother Joseph are buried.
The four children of Warren, on the death of their mother, were committed to the care of their maternal grandmother.[1]
