Frances Maria Warren (b. 6 May 1784; d. 14 Sep 1837; bur. at Sudbury, co. Derby), was the da. of John Borlase Warren and Caroline Clavering. She m. 25 Aug 1802 George Charles Venables-Vernon.
She suc. to her father's estates at Stapleford, co. Nottingham, and Stratton Audley, co. Oxford, on his death in 1822, and to the estate of Poynton, co. Chester, on the death of Elizabeth Harriet, Dowager Viscountess Bulkeley, in 1826, only surv. dau. and hrss. of Adm Rt Hon Sir John Borlase Warren, 1st Bt. GCB MP, of Stapleford, co. Nottingham, and Stratton Audley, co. Oxford, by his wife Caroline Clavering, yst. dau .of Lt Gen Sir James John Clavering KCB, by his wife Lady Diana West, 2nd dau. by his first wife of John [West], 1st Earl De La Warr.
They had an only child, Hon George John Venables-Vernon later Warren, later 5th Baron Vernon.
