Charles was born in 1875. He was the son of Cornelius Warring and Hannah Elletson.
He married Lillie Victoria Paulson (1886–1960). They had the following children:
Edward Cornelius Warring 1900–1948
Oren Malcolm Warring 1904–1955
He passed away in 1904.
