Biography
Named in the 1614 Will of her brother-in-law William Kingston. [1] Frances was unmarried in 1634 when she received 300 marks under her father's will : and so too in 1642, Sherington Talbot, in his will dated December 2nd, 1642, speaking of "my sister-in-law Frances Washbourne."
