Biography

George Washington is a part of US Black heritage.

George was born in 1902. He was the son of Green Washington and Mattie Finch. He was a presser He passed away from self-inflicted gun shot wounds to the head in 1958 in Dallas, Texas.

Research Note His death certificate indicated his birth year as 1903, which is in conflict with his sister's birth date of the same year. No birth certificate for George has yet been found.
