John Washington was born on November 12, 1692 in Bridges Creek, King George, Colony of Virginia, son of Lawrence Washington (1659–~1698) and Mildred Warner (1671–1701). He was the uncle of George Washington (1732-1799).

John (23) married Catharine Whiting (22) (born on May 22, 1694 in Elmington Plantation, Gloucester County, Colony of Virginia) on July 9, 1716 in Bridges Creek, Westmoreland, Virginia. Their children were:

John died on September 1, 1746 in Highgate, Gloucester, Colony of Virginia, aged 53. He was buried in Washington Family Burial Ground, Latanes, Westmoreland County, Virginia.[1]

I believe his correct name is just John, not John Augustine. His brother was Lawrence Augustine, sometimes called Augustine.
