Biography
Bethia Waterman was born in 1664 in Providence, Rhode Island to Nathaniel Waterman and Susannah Carder Waterman.
She married Major Randall Holden, son of Randall Holden and Frances Dungan Holden, of Warwick, 27 January 1686/7. They had children John, Wait (died young), Susanna, Randall, Wait, Mary and Frances Holden.
Randall Holden's will was proved in November 1726; in it he mentioned his wife, Bethia, sons, John and Randall, and daughters Susannah, Wait (wife of William Holden), Mary (wife of Thomas Rice), and the heirs of Frances Holden Low.
Bethia Holden wrote a will 8 August 1737 that was proved 31 July 1742. She named her son John (bequeathed him her biggest silver cup), her son Randall (a gift of iron doggs), her daughter Susannah (a feather bed), her daughter Weight Holden, her daughter Mary Rice, and the children of her deceased daughter Frances Low. Manasseh and Hannah Martin were witnesses.

Waterman-1569 and Waterman-652 appear to represent the same person because: Married to the same man, birth year is different but unsourced; the will gives the same children as the couples. Randall Holden is also a proposed merger.
