David Waters, son of Stallworthy (Worthy) Waters and Abigail Dayton, was born 21 July 1765 at Hebron, Hartford, Connecticut Colony.[1] He married Eunice Curtis 1 February 1787 in Hebron, by then in Tolland County, Connecticut, United States.[2] He died 3 December 1812 in Fabius, Onandaga, New York, and was buried in Fabius Evergreen Cemetery.[3]
