Will abstract of Samuel Waters

To son John Waters, 1 shilling sterling & 100a of Jericho, where he lives, provided he quit claim to the part of Cumberstone sold by me to Samuel Galloway, & if he do not, s 100a of Jericho to son Mordecai Waters.

To son Samuel Waters, 280a of Hogyard & 1 shilling sterling

To son Richard Waters, the 152a of Charles & Benjamin on which he is seated, next to Joseph Richardsons land, & 1 shilling

To son William Waters, the 152a of Charles & Benjamin on which he is seated, next to his brother Richards part, & 1 shilling

To dau. Margaret Mullikin, 100a of Charles & Benjamin next to the part purchased by Willm. Holland.

To wife & extrx., Jane Waters, for life, my dwelling house, 1/3 the remainder of Jericho, & 1/ 3 the 184a I purchased of son Samuel.
