Biography
William was the son of Rosetta Burling and John Waterson. He married in 1877 at Greytown to Ellen Elfreda Maria Hopwood, daughter of Sgt Henry Hopwood, Wellngton. Six children were born during the marriage. William died in 1941 and is buried at Hamilton East Cemetery. BB F 17
