Margaret Watkins, the daughter of Robert Watkins and Margaret, was born about 1743 in Vincent, Chester, Pennsylvania, she died 9 November 1830 in Henry, Georgia. Her second husband was Matthew Patton.
She signed a deed in Bedford County, Virginia on 6 November 1766 as "Margaret Watkins"
After her husband died, Margaret moved to Henry County, Georgia where she lived with her grandson Josiah Reynolds.
Margaret wrote her will on 6 October 1829, it was probated 9 November 1830.
