Charlotte Elizabeth "Lottie" Watkins, daughter of John Webb Watkins and Sarah Bonell-Mullen, was born on September 2nd of 1866 in New York (state), United States. (aunt's)
Charlotte and her sister Sarah Ann were the only two, who survived out of their siblings.
1871 Census [1] Charlotte age 4 (born NY, USA) is living with her parents in Ottawa, Carleton, Canada West.
1881 Census [2]&[3] Charlotte at age 14 is living with her parents in Gloucester, Ottawa.
Charlotte married several times
1st Marriage to Henry Woodbury on July 2nd of 1884 (to before February of 1886) at the St. Paul's Eastern United Church in Ottawa, Nepean East, Ontario, Canada. No Children.
2nd Marriage[4], (she's acknowledged and recorded as Charlotte Wilson daughter of Ann Barnes whom is actually her stepmother and John Wilson her stepmother's second husband) was to William John Martin (her half sister's husband's father) on August 2nd of 1886 in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada and they had one child
- Sarah Ann Martin 1891- m maybe Harry Lawrence Larson in 1916.
