Nancy (Watkins) Lipkin is a part of US Black heritage.

Nancy was born in about 1863 in Arkansas. She was the daughter of Harrison Watkins and Ann (Barrett) Watkins.^[1]

She may be the mother of Mary J. Watkins.

She married Charley Lipkin on 23 December 1890 in Izard, Arkansas. She was 26 years old.^[2]

On 1 June 1900 she was in Mill Creek Township, Izard, Arkansas.^[3]

On 15 April 1910 she was in Mill Creek, Izard, Arkansas.^[4]

Research Notes

On the 1880 census the child Mary J. is listed as a grandchild of Harrison and Ann. Nancy seems to be the only old enough to have had this child. On both the 1900 and 1910 censuses, she says she has had one child that was still living. She does not appear to have had a child with Lupkin.
