Clifford was born about 1874, the son of James Watkins and Mary Duffett. Their family lived in Leeds Township, Mégantic, Quebec.[1] Clifford Henry received his CEF Attestation papers on March the 5th, 1917.[2] He never married, and died at an unknown location. He is buried at Malvern Cemetery in Lennoxville, Québec, Canada.
