In the 1841 England, Wales & Scotland Census Richard, Elizabeth and Emily were living at Hobbs Hole, Wednesbury, West Bromwich, Staffordshire, England. Richard was a sawyer his birth year given as 1816, and Elizabeth as 1821.[3]
