Biography
Richard Watkins was born in 1816. He was the son of John Watkins and his wife Elizabeth Howe[1]
In April 1838 Richard Watkins married Elizabeth Semmence daughter of Isaac Semmence in Rushall, Staffordshire, England, United Kingdom [2]
In the 1841 England, Wales & Scotland Census Richard, Elizabeth and Emily were living at Hobbs Hole, Wednesbury, West Bromwich, Staffordshire, England. Richard was a sawyer his birth year given as 1816, and Elizabeth as 1821.[3]
