Biography

William was born in 1803. He was the son of John Watkins and Mary Swarens. He was first married to Jane Denton in 1824. After her death he married Ailey Jones Armstrong, on Sept 18th, 1849, in Menard Co. Illinois. He passed away in 1876, and was buried at Hash Cemetery, Menard County, Illinois.[1]
