Andrew Watson was born in Scotland.

He married Euphan Westwater on 28 March 1793 at St Cuthberts, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.[1]
Andrew and Euphemia had at least six children:

The first three children were born in Edinburgh and the younger three in Dunfermline, Fife where the family relocated to.
