Elizabeth was born about 1802. She is the daughter of William Watson a watch-case maker at St.James, Clerkenwell.
On 13 December 1823, Valentine Knight married Elizabeth Watson. Between 1825 and 1843 Valentine and Elizabeth had ten children.[1].

Elizabeth died at the age of 93 on 10 March 1895 at Eastbourne, Sussex, England. Both were buried at Highgate cemetery.[6]
