Obituary
Miss M Cormack, Drogheda
The death took place last week at the cottage hospital Drogheda of miss Margaret Cormack, younger daughter of the late Alexander and Jane Cormack of Drogheda. The deceased was the last surviving member of an old and respected Drogheda family who carried on a [bacon?] retailing business in Dyer Street. Miss Cormack was a teacher by profession and taught many years in the continental [education] Her brother the late Mr George Cormack was in his day a [crack?] craftsman and represented the Drogheda rowing club in many memorable events. The funeral service at the Presbyterian church, Drogheda on Friday last was conducted by rev H ? [Chespie?] and the internment took place afterwards in St Mary's cemetery. There was a representative attendance of mourners.
