Biography
Stella was born in 1896 to Jackson Watts and Tennessee Dingess.
She married Russell Scott in 1914.....they had a family of four children: Johnson Boyd, Mittie, Hester, and Nettie Scott.
Her death certificate states she was 40 yrs, 2 mths, 17 days old at her passing in 1936. She is buried in the Cox Cemetery, Wayne County, WV, USA.
