Possible Spouse: Susan Emily Gilbreath. Early censuses show his wife's name as Susan Emily. CA death index for Susan Watts Shackelford gives father as Watts and mother as Gilbrath. Susan (dau), who marries at 16, is living in Sebastian co in 1880 and nearby in IT in 1900. Family is stating Susan Gilbreath died in 1889 or 1899. By end 1880, Marion has remarried to Thenia. Did he and Susan divorce or is her DOD wrong as there are discrepancies and no clear source found at this time? FAG contradicts itself. Stone appears to be placed long after death.
