Biography

Herbert Astley Weaver was born in Nunhead on 16th Jan 1895^[1][2]

In the 1911 census, he is recorded as living in Wandsworth with his family and working as an insurance clerk.^[3]

He served in the Royal Navy with the service number F33150^[4]

He married Florence Weeks in Wandsworth on 4 Jun 1921. ^[5]

In the 1939 register, he is living in Epsom & Ewell (can't tell which!) with his wife and what I assume are 3 children (records still closed April 2022). He is a bank clerk.^[2]

He died in Chichester in 1957.^[6]
