Biography

Sylvia Martha Weaver was born about 1857 in Alstead, New Hampshire, the daughter of John Franklin Weaver and Jane Marintha (Wales) Weaver, who are named as her parents in her death record.^[1] No record of her birth has been found, but sh0e was living with her parents at Alstead as Sytlvia M. Weaver, 3, in 1860,^[2] and as Martha Weaver, 13, in 1870.^[3]

Martha "Mattie" Weaver died from a typhus fever at Alstead, New Hampshire, sometime in the year ending 31 Mar 1878.^[1]
