Hello Robert- My name is Paul Stewart. I am the great great great grandson of Robert Stuart/Stewart and Ann Hornaday, and yet I don't match genetically with any of the listed descendants on Robert's profile page (nor his wife), which I don't understand. Ivey isn't even listed on the list of children by Robert and Ann, which our family has always connected to. I know my ancestry back at least to his son Ivey Burr Stewart (my great great grandfather), and his son Ivey Burr Stewart Jr, and my grandfather Gerald Stewart. Thus, I don't question my lineage up to Ivey Sr because we simply know this line to be fact (no adoptions and plenty of close family, newspaper clippings, graves sites, land records, census records, photos etc). Not saying you're incorrect, but it's a puzzle to me for sure as to why I don't match. Perhaps Ivey was adopted?
I do see another post by someone stating they are the direct descendant of Jehu Stuart (Robert Stuart's great uncle), but I don't match him as well.
My YDNA is I2c1a2a1a and my GEDMatch ID is M068339. Have any other strictly-paternal ancestors of Robert tested, that you know of?
Any idea who Paul Sunburn was - Sanburn-1 which you added back in 2011. I was thinking he maybe same as Paul Sanborn who is named in Mary Sanborn's profile Sanborn-2659
OR do you mean Paul Sanburn Birth 1740 Maine,
Marriage 24 Jun 1776 North Yarmouth, Cumberland, Maine, Mary Thresher (1742-1794)
I’ve not heard back from you regarding the US Southern Colonies Project check-in so have gone ahead and removed you from the project for now. However, if you’d like to rejoin at any stage you would be most welcome to do so by answering the G2G sign-up post here.
Many thanks,
Mary~ Project Coordinator, Membership, US Southern Colonies
I sent you a check-in message a week ago about the US Southern Colonies Project to ask you about your continued involvement but have not yet heard back from you. Do you still want to be in the Southern Colonies project? If I don’t hear from you by the same time next week I’ll assume that you’ve moved on to other things but you’re most welcome to re-join the project at any time.
Looking forward to hearing from you,
Best wishes,
Mary~ Project Coordinator, Membership, US Southern Colonies

Hi Robert - I hope you are still active here on Wikitree, as the England Project would like to co-manage Elizabeth Brane-1 with you. She and the two men she is married to need a gentle untangling! Please check your request list as there is a request from the England Project if you would be so kind as to accept it and set the EP as co-manager.
Many thanks, Jo (England Project Managed Profiles coordinator)
Judy Dimmick was working on this profile you created.

Hey Robert, we are 5th cousins.... relatively close, I'd say. One picture of Hale Chellis reminds me of one of my pictures of my great great grandfather David Chellis. Chellis-57
I am in Glarus Switzerland on September 7th and 8th, 2015 looking for addresses connected to my Aebli ancestors: Aebli 1590, Hans Jacob Aebli 1697, Hans Heinrich Aebli 1666, Joh-Jacob Aebli 1700, Mathaus Aebli 1730, Sabastian Aebli 1760, Joh Jacob Aebli 1791, Joh Jacob Aebli 1842, Barbara Aebli 1868. I would appreciatre any help you can give me. Thanks! - David Marvin Johnson [email address removed]
Thank you Robert for the Hefti merge. It seems we have many of them in common. It's very confusing with all the cousins inter-marrying. My mom's maternal side has Hefti/Hefty on both sides of her tree and a lot of them have the same first name. They changed the spelling of the name to Hefty once they emigrated to America and mostly settled in Minnesota.

I believe you created Ann Pike (abt.1707-) from your gedcom, Weaver.ged.
Are you able to check who her family are, so we can connect to them.
Thank you, Christine
