Tillman Weaver was born in 1728 in Fauquier, Virginia. He was the son of, Tillman Weaver and Ann Elizabeth (Cuntze) Weaver. He was in his fathers will March, 1760, leaving him the Plantation left to his mother Ann Elizabeth Weaver, after her decease.[1] Tillman also inherited slaves from his father.
They lived in Fauquier County where he was on the Rental Rolls in 1777.[3]
He served in the Virginia Militia as a Captain, in the Revolutionary War, March 24, 1778.[4]
He died in 1809 in Fauquier, Virginia, at the age of 81.

Who was Elias's father? Who did Elias marry? Is he the one who supposedly married Katrinka Montgomery or was that supposed to be his mother? He and his mother could not have both been born in 1779. Must see the source.
