Mother was Mary Helen Hoefer, the daughter of Charley and Katharine Moesch HOEFER. Mary was born December 11, 1875 in Le Claire, Scott County, Iowa. She lived most of her life in Moline, Rock Island County, Illinois where she passed away September 14, 1951.[2]
