Joseph Webb was born on January 26, 1701, in Stamford, Connecticut, the son of Mary and Joseph. He married Sarah Blachley on August 23, 1726, and they had one son together. He then married Elizabeth Starr. He died in 1791 in his hometown at the impressive age of 90.
