Biography

Frances was born March 25, 1867 in Putnam County, Tennessee. She was the daughter of William Webb and Margaret Julian.

On April 16, 1890 she married Mance Bud Shell in White County, Tennessee. They had two sons and three daughters.

She passed away February 20, 1942 in Stone, Pike County, Kentucky, ^[1] Frances was laid to rest in Taylor Cemetery, Stone, Pike County, Kentucky, United States. ^[2]
