Biography
Eddy was born in 1848. She is the daughter of Isaac Webb and Ruth Strickland.
In 1860, 12 year old Eddy was living with parents Isaac and Ruth Webb at Williamson Division, Williamson, Texas. Born in Arkansas, Eddy was the youngest daughter living at home at the time of the census. Children at home were: Dicey (20), Eliza (18), Thomas (17), William (15) and Eddy (12).[1]
In 1870, father Isaac was widowed and had retired from farming. Still living at home were daughters: Disa, Eliza and Eddy. They were resident at Precinct 2, Burnet, Texas.[2]
