Biography

Isaac Munson Webb, the son of Allen Webb and Mary Moore, was born about 1844 in Illinois, probably in or near Jefferson County.

In June 1860, 16 year old Isaac was recorded living in the household of Allen Webb in Mount Vernon, Jefferson County, Illinois. Isaac had attended school within the year ^[1]

It is not known at this time if Isaac married and/or had any children.
