Biography
Nelson was born about 1808. He was the son of Benjamin Webb and Jane 'Jennie' Adams. He passed away before 1840.
Died as a young man, never married. Had a twin brother. Referred to as Nelson R. Webb. His mind was not right. The type of mental defect did not pass with the oral tradition.
