In 1838 Tilman Potter was appointed guardian to "I.W. [Evan Watkins] Webb, Miriem Witt [Webb], Martha Webb, Morning Webb, minor heirs of Julius Webb, deceased."[3] Julius and Hannah had children:

Nancy (Roberts) Perry is being removed as spouse from Julius Webb. Julius is reported to have had an extra-marital affair about 1816 with Nancy Roberts while still married to Hannah Watkins. Julius and Nancy were never married and should not be listed as spouses.
