Biography
Jessica was adopted by Michael Kirk Peffly (DOB 16 January 1960) around 1992. Therefore, her birth certificate has her adopted father listed instead of her biological father, Kenneth Robinson.
Jessica Joined the Army 22 Feb 2011 and was Honorably Discharged 10 Sept 2015.
Jessica Married Robert James Ross Jr. on 4 September 2014 in Seoul, Korea while they were both stationed at Camp Humphreys.
