DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with James by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA. However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line. It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with James:

Webb-10519 and Webb-3712 appear to represent the same person because: Same parents. I mistakenly removed the mother, Amy Booker, before realizing this was a duplicate. 1779 DOB is correct. Source, on mother's page, will be added.

Amy Booker is the mother-- mistakenly removed. This should be merged into James Webb, born 1779, with correct DOB 1779. Thanks!
