Alta Mae Webb died young.
Alta Mae Webb was born on September 20, 1938 in Afton, Ottawa County, Oklahoma, United States, daughter of Ralph Webb (1879–1952) and Pearl Davis (1900–1986).[1]
Alta died on September 5, 1944 in Afton, aged 5. She was buried in Southwest City Cemetery, Southwest City, McDonald County, Missouri.[2][1]
Research Notes
Obituary lists C.O.D. "an illness of several Months." There is a note on FS that lists C.O.D as "due to intestinal cancer just before she was to start school for the first time." Death certificate lists C.O.D as "shock, due to attempted removal of (?) tumor(?)."
