Could it be possible that the military record should be attached to Julius Webb Sr.

Reasoning: Julius would very young in 1777. Julius Webb Jr. Sister, Millian Webb Walker' husband, Oliver Walker had a witness to his penion Application, stating that a very old man named Webb had served with Oliver Walker in the American Revolution.
