Biography
When William Walter Webber was born on September 24, 1852, in Indiana, his father, James, was 25 and his mother, Martha, was 16. He married Louise Shoat on August 9, 1876. He died on January 1, 1897, in Kansas at the age of 44, and was buried in Chetopa, Kansas.
