Biography

Nathaniel calls himself "Nathaniel Webber of Boston in the County of Suffolk in New England Sawyer" in a deed dated 14 Mar 1715/16 and filed in court 1 May 1716. This deed conveys 1/7 of the land described in a deed of Thomas Webber, his father, and an adjacent property of his mother, Mary (Parker) Webber to a group of men, apparently intent on establishing a settlement there.^[1]

He married Elizabeth _____ by 1697 in Charlestown, Massachusetts.^[2] She died in 1732. This listing also suggests that Nathaniel was born in 1671.

According to Massachusetts, Town Clerk, Vital and Town Records, 1626-2001,^[3] Nathaniel and Elizabeth had six children, all born in Charlestown:

2. John, b. 12 Nov 1701
3. John, b. 1 Jul 1703
4. PeMathia/Pelatiah, b. 15 Feb 1705
5. Mary, b. 2 Jul 1708
6. Katherin, b. Apr 1711

There is another child born to Nathaniel and Elizabeth, the same year they married -- Nathaniel, b. 26 Jun 1697.^[4]

Nathaniel died after 1716, or after the time of the deed described above.^[1]
