Caroline was born about 1801.

Caroline was the daughter of Phillip Webber.[1]
In 1850 Caroline M.G. Ward (49, b. KY) headed a Livingston County, MO household with Charles W. Ward (26, b. KY, farmer), Theophlus Ward (24, b. KY, farmer), Lafayette Ward (22, b. KY, farmer), Joseph Ward (12, b. IL), and Lockey J. Ward (10, b. MO). A family headed by James Ward (52, b. KY) also headed a household on the same page.
In 1860 C.W. Ward (60, b. KY) headed a Cream Ridge, MO (Livingston County) household with Charles M. Ward (38, b. KY, farmer), Mary Ward (26, b. IL), Richard Ward (5, b. MO), and Martha Ward (3, b. MO). A Lafayette Ward (33, b. KY, farmer) appears immediately following the household.
