Biography

Walter Thomas Webber was born at Perth Amboy in New Jersey in 1915. He was the son of John Webber and Jane "Jennie" Bunting.[1]
Walter's family lived in Perth Amboy in Middlesex County, New Jersey,[1] moving to Woodbridge in the same county during the 1930s.[2] Walter's father died sometime before 1940.[3]
Walter's wife was Mary Dorothy Galya (c.1915–2001) of Fords, New Jersey. The couple lived in Woodbridge, New Jersey after their marriage. In 1940, Walter worked as a handyman in a copper refinery.[3]
On 16th October 1940, Walter registered for the WWII draft.[4]
On 14th December 1959, Walter Thomas Webber died in Woodbridge, aged forty-four years.[5][6] His body was buried in Alpine Cemetery, Woodbridge.[7]
