Margaret was born 19 December 1727 into a large family having 10 other identified siblings.[1] She married Isaac Haughton in Dublin on 27 February 1753.[2]
Margaret was mother of Joshua Haughton. Joshua and his wife Mary are very clearly mentioned in the Leadbeater Historic Annals of Ballitore. as are his aunt (one of his mother's siblings) who was a beloved schoolteacher, and other cousins. There was a constant stream of Haughtons thru the Ballitore school, including Joshua and his father Isaac. The Webster family also is described.
