Rachel was born in 1796 in Charles County, Maryland, the daughter of Thomas Wedding and Mary Catherine Moore.
She was married as the second wife to Robert E. Rhodes on May 21, 1835, in Daviess County, Kentucky.
She died on November 21, 1842, in Whitesville, Daviess, Kentucky, United States.
