Amos Uriah Weed was born on 19 Apr 1891 in Bandera, Texas to parents Solomon Franklin Weed and Eda (Edie) Chaddock. He married Claudia Mae Phelps on 17 Jun 1914 in Click, Llano, Texas. Children: Elsie May, Edith (Eda) Evelyn, Myrtle Lois, Amos Franklin, David Henry, Elna Fay, Arthur Travis, Laura Novella, Milton Uriah, ___, ___. He died on 24 Jun 1966 in Gillespie, Texas.
