JOSEPH C. WEEDEN Pine Bush, N.Y.

Joseph C. Weeden of Pine Bush, an iron worker having retired from Local 417 in Newburgh, died Sunday, October 22, 2006 at home. He was 69. The son of the late Clarence and Carrie Lazier Weeden, he was born on April, 1, 1937 in the Town of Greeenville. He was the widower of Shirley Smith Weeden who predeceased him in 1996. He was one of the founders of the Playboy Motorcycle Club, Walden.

Survivors include his daughter, Robin Hunt of Dover Plains, N.Y.; and his sons, Phillip Weeden of Bloomingburg, Timothy Weeden of Charleston, S.C. and Troy Scott Weeden of Wallkill. He is also survived by his grandsons, Blair Weeden, Timothy Weeden, Jr., Dustin Weeden; and his granddaughter, Jessica Gida; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Visitation hours will be held from 7-9 p.m. on Thursday, October 26, 2006 at the DeWitt Funeral Home, 64 Center Street in Pine Bush. Memorial Services will be held at 8:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 26, 2006 at the Funeral Home. The Rev. Robert Hewitt will officiate. Arrangements by DeWitt Funeral Home.
