Rose was born January 12, 1902 in Englishcombe, Bath, Somerset, England. She was the daughter of Ernest Weeks and Rosalind Candy.^[1]

She died December 30, 1953 in Rosetown, Saskatchewan and was buried there in Rosetown Cemetery.^[2]
