In the book Naturalized Jews of the Grand Duchy of Posen in 1834-5, E.D.Luft (2004), there are 2 Wegner, Joseph and Markus a businessman and a baker from Kerkow and Filehne towns respectively registered 13 9 1834, so would be born before 1810 probably.
