Biography

Isabel Madeline Weir was born March 21st, 1901 in Boscawen, Merrimack, New Hampshire to parents Robert Weir and Myrtie Runnells.^[1][2] She married Elmer Carl Anderson.^{[citation needed]} Isabel passed away on July 12th, 1995 in Portland, Cumberland, Maine.^[3][4] She is buried in East Cemetery in Manchester, Hartford, Connecticut.^[5]
