Weishaar Cemetery (single grave). "Located SE ¼ Sec 22 Twp 20 Range 31. Single grave on north side of county road. Child of early settler named Weishaar, who fell into a cistern and drowned. Grave unmarked." (Tombstone Inscriptions; Lind Area Burials in Fields, page 66 by Georgia Hays.)
"The 6-year old son of Carl Weishaar, living southwest of town, was drowned by falling into a cistern last Thursday. The cover had been left off, and the little fellow, unnoticed by his parents, ventured too near the opening and fell in. He was dead when taken out of the water."
