My name is Frankyn G. Prieskop and I am researching the genealogy of my wife's family. Her name was Katherine Klair Geders, the daughter of Margaret Elizabeth Weitzel. She in turn was the daughter of Augustine Klair Weitzel and Francinea Donovan (and sister to Charles Jerome Weitzel). All of these latter individuals you have in the family tree which you posted on the internet. My wife has possession of the Donovan Family Bible, which has posted in its endnotes the names and birth dates of all of Charles Michael Donovan's children. These include those from both of his marriages. Added to this are some later notes giving the names of their various spouces.

Also in my wife's possession is Augustine Klair Weitzel's Diary setting out in great detail his brief, but extremely loving marriage to Francinea Donovan. In addition to all of the above, we are very close family and friends with Elizabeth Rosa Donovan's two children by her first husband, Archie Forrest Redding.

Since I don't know how peripherial all of these individuals are to yourself, or those for whom you are researching, I obviously can not guage your interests in any of the above data. Please contact me if you want to exchange information. By the way, I am plesantly surprised to find that you include your sources in your internet postings. This is all too rare, and being a trained historian much appreciated by me.

Margaret Elizabeth Weitzel was born in Lexington 17 March 1920, died in Albuquerque on 29 February 1976, is buried in the Santa Fe National Cemetery. She was married on 24 July 1943 in the Post Chapel of Camp Mackall in North Carolina to John Francis Geders. He was born in St. Louis 19 January 1916, died 29 October 1981 in Albuquerque and is also buried in plot # 847Y at the Santa Fe National Cemetery. Their only child is my wife, Katherine Klair Geders. Margaret Elizabeth Weitzel was nicknamed ¡§Tag¡¨ and so far as I know was never known as ¡§Betty¡¨. If you have a reference to a ¡??Betty¡¨, can you give me the details? Maybe, I can explain it or find out the facts.
